Who I Am
I'm not a politician. I'm a problem solver. I'm also a proud father, husband & mentor.
Hi I'm Leo
I believe in transparency, fiscal responsibility, and collaborative problem-solving. Together, we can create opportunity for future generations while preserving the values that make Lathrop a great place to live, work, and raise a family.
I respectfully ask for your vote.
Serving my Community
Throughout my life, it's been an honor volunteering and being a board member for:
Su Salud Sus Finanzas El Concilio Latinos in France Hospice of San Joaquin Juma Ventures Summer Search
On behalf of these organizations, meaningful outcomes were achieved for people. Lifetime friendships were formed and I led with purpose.
Putting Lathrop First
I'm not running against any individual candidate. I'm running for Lathrop. In the spirit of being a life-long public servant, I will not accept any monetary compensation from the City of Lathrop if elected. In my view, it's the right thing to do.
